Our full-time activities coordinator organises a wide range of daily activities including: arts and crafts, card games, flower arranging, quizzes and keep fit. External entertainers such as singers and seasonal events including a touring pantomime are also arranged.
Our hairdresser visits St Andrew’s twice weekly – no appointment is required. The salon can also be made available to a resident’s preferred hairdresser.
Celebration days such as Valentines Day, Chinese New Year and Patron Saints Days are marked with themed activities. Seasonal celebrations are held throughout the year. We encourage relatives and friends of residents to join our events.
There is a weekly worship service, led by visiting preachers which residents may choose to attend. Residents of other faiths are supported to maintain their religious connections.
